That’s why we’re excited to invite you to Bridging the Gap: A Resource Fair for Students with Disabilities, an event designed to provide essential guidance, support, and connections for students, parents, and educators.

✔️ DDA Eligibility & Services – Navigating developmental disability services.

✔️ Vocational Rehabilitation Program – Career and independence planning for students.

✔️ School to Work – Resources for students in their final year of high school.

Featured Speaker: Jonathan Chase

We are honored to welcome Jonathan Chase, a passionate advocate, speaker, and mentor for young adults on the Autism Spectrum. Diagnosed with Asperger’s at 14, Jonathan has dedicated his career to promoting awareness and support for individuals with disabilities. Since 2008, he has worked with agencies, nonprofits, and families to foster understanding and inclusion. Beyond advocacy, Jonathan is also a talented musician who has collaborated with renowned bassist and former TED speaker Victor Wooten, using music as a platform for connection and empowerment. His unique perspective and inspiring journey will offer valuable insights to students, parents, and educators alike.
